The rent for the entire villa with all areas is €1,000 to €2,500 per week depending on the season. Included is 100 kWh of electricity per week, which covers normal use. Above that we charge €0.50 per kWh, which will be deducted from the €500 deposit. The final cleaning is €150 and beds/linen €20 pp. Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed.
